At CareGrow, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you have concerns with your purchase, we are here to help with an easy return and refund process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return under the following conditions:
- The product is unused and in its original sealed packaging.
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must include original invoice, labels, and accessories.
- Product received was damaged, leaked, defective, expired, or wrong item delivered.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used wellness/health products
- Products without original packaging
- Items purchased on exclusive final sale
- Gift cards, coupons, and free items
3. Damaged / Wrong Product Delivery
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear images of the packaging and product
- Order ID & registered mobile number
We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
4. Return Pickup Process
Once your return request is approved:
- Courier pickup will be scheduled from your address.
- Keep the product packed safely to avoid transit damage.
- Pickup attempts are usually made 2–3 times.
5. Refund Process
Refunds are initiated after the returned product passes quality check.
- Refund is processed to the original payment method.
- Processing time: 5–7 working days.
- In case of COD orders, refunds are issued through bank transfer / UPI.
6. Order Cancellation
You can cancel an order before it is shipped. Orders that are already shipped cannot be cancelled.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- First check your bank/UPI account again.
- Contact your bank—it may take time before the refund is posted.
- If still not received, contact us at Support@caregrow.in.
8. Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges for preference-related issues are not supported.
9. Fraudulent or Abusive Returns
CareGrow reserves the right to refuse returns in cases of misuse, repeated returns, or policy abuse.
